Last Minute Mother’s Day Gifts
Mother’s Day is 3 Days Away!
A beautiful day to honor your mom or mother-figure is soon upon us but if you haven’t shopped for her yet do not worry because I have great last minute ideas. These are gifts that a mom in every age and every location would love and feel loved by. This holiday can be difficult to shop for, so it can be easy to procrastinate, I get it. But these quick and meaningful gifts you could send in a few minutes, no more excuses! Also most of these ideas you can even send to her if you live far away!
Flowers are the best of the best gifts to women! Send a spring bouquet or bring fresh flowers from your local market, call a florist that is local to her for delivery if you live far away. Check out these online flower shops that you can order from real quick by clicking the name or their photo!
A Trip to the Salon
I don’t know a woman who doesn’t love flowers, nor the salon. If you live nearby make it date! You could give her a gift certificate towards a pedicure, massage or a facial! You could try putting together a beauty gift basket with face masks, nail polish, lotions, candles, and essential oils. Either way, this is a treat for any woman so why not treat your favorite mother figure!
Out to Dinner
The classic. Show your love and care to your mom by taking her to her favorite restaurant or meal. Does she love brunch or sipping on wine? Find the best place in town. Spend time with her or send her a gift card to her favorite place. What if you cook her favorite meal at home? Host a wine tasting for her! Minimal planning needs to occur and guarantee she’ll enjoy it!
Do you want to keep her gift simple? Give her coffee (or tea) or take her out for coffee! Each town has a coffee shop, even small cafes count – does she know each coffee shop in your town? Explore a new one or return to the best. Either way, to spend time or mail a gift shows you love and care for her which is the reason for Mother’s Day.
Tell Her “Thank You”
Each mother deserves a big, tight hug and a thank you from the heart for her countless hours she has spent to love, care and give to her children. The least we can do it honor her with one day a year to show her our thankfulness and a mother. Spend time with her this weekend, send a letter and give her a call – tell her “thank you!”
So a special shoutout to my mother, Miriam. Thank you for all your love you continue to show, and thank you for how you care though I live far away. You are real beautiful, encouraging and I so appreciate you. Happy Mother’s Day, Mom, I love you.
